Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@deskmechanics.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Please note that we currently only accept returns or refunds for items that are faulty or damaged. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
